HOW TO ADD A SITE TO GOOGLE

It is not mandatory to add a site to Google as per Google algorithm,if Google bot crawls a site which has a link pointing to your site then it automatically adds your site to its index.Although this is true but still webmasters prefer to add their site to Google manually.So before you add your site to Google check out that if Google has already indexed your site or not.

After you add your site to Google it takes about a month before a site is indexed but if your site is linked by a site which Google frequently crawls then it will not take much time to get indexed.Even after you add a site to Google it is possible that it might not be indexed.


One of the below given reasons might prevent your site from getting indexed by Google:


1) Check the design of your site.Google cannot index site which use flash,or excessive use of javascript.

2) The site has been submitted after Google has finished its most recent crawl.

3) Some of the pages of your site might be unavailable at the time of crawl.

4) Poor on site linking structure.

5) If you add a site to Google using multiple submission services Google might treat your site as a spam.




After you add a site to Google ,your next step should be submitting a Sitemap to Google.A Sitemap allows Google bot to understand the structure of your site easily so that Google can add maximum number of pages to their index.
